Rules

For all the users of the Funicular service of Artxanda S.A., a summary of part of the minimum standards of use of the facilities and wagons of this service are as follows:

• Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere on the premises.
• The use of music devices is prohibited.
• It is only allowed with individual headphones.
• It is prohibited to eat or drink anywhere on the premises.
• It is forbidden to use skates on the premises.
• Dogs of dangerous breed are prohibited.

School groups/break time

It is the responsibility of their leaders to use the facilities appropriately.

Pets

They must always be in the authorized compartment and marked for this purpose accompanied by their owners.

Dogs

They must be on a short leash on the premises of the Funicular and during the trip, without removing leashes until they have left the premises.

Cats

They must remain in their box both in the Funicular facilities and during the trip, without removing them until they leave the premises.

Bicycles

They must always be located in the second compartment counting from the bottom accompanied by their owners and in a no more than four; If it is full, they should wait for the next trip. They will be on the floor and upright and the owners should keep them clean.

As mentioned, it will be as indicated by the company’s staff , both in the stations, as in the platforms and wagons.
